The whole point of having a labor market is that employees have a choice to work for you or not. If you truly are paying disgustingly terrible wages, enough employees will choose not to work for you and you will be out of business because no one wants to work for you. That's how the market works.

The word "stolen" is such a terrible word to use. The whole concept of stealing is that you are affecting your victim without their consent. That defines a thief. Someone who goes around and charms people into giving him money, for example, is not a thief.

Workers have a choice, and they've given their consent to work for you in the conditions in your workplace. If you're a terrible person treating and paying your employees like crap, then no one will work for you, and your business will fail, and voila, you won't be a billionaire.
